1 1/2 Parts D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac
1 Part ST-GERMAIN Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
4 Fresh Blackberries
5 Mint Leaves
Splash Club Soda
Glass & Garnish
Highball & Blackberries, Mint Sprig
Method

Muddle ST-GERMAIN, mint and blackberries in a shaker. Add D'USSÉ, lemon juice and ice. Shake vigorously until cold. Add a splash of club sda and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
