Ingredients
1 ½ Parts D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac
¾ Part Lemon Juice
¾ Part Monin® Cucumber Syrup
1 Part Ginger Ale
1 Part Coconut Coriander Foam
Glass & Garnish
Highball & Coconut Coriander Foam and Cilantro Leaf
Method

Add D’USSÉ, lemon juice and cucumber syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with ginger ale.
