1 1/2 Parts D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac
3/4 Part Simple Syrup
1/2 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Part Fresh Lime Juice
1 Egg White
Glass & Garnish
Coupe & Thin Lime Wheel
Method

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigoriously until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
