Ingredients
1 1/2 Parts D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac
1/2 Part Simple Syrup
3/4 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1/2 Part Malbec
Glass & Garnish
Rocks & Orange Peerl, Bradied Cherry
Method

Add egg white into a shaker and dry shake for 20 seconds. Add D'USSÉ, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Carefully pour Malbec over the back of a bar spoon for added layering.
