2 Parts D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac
1 Part Crème de Pêche or Peach Schnapps
1 Part Peach Purée
1 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 Part Simple Syrup
1 Cup Ice
Glass & Garnish
Coupe & Sugar Rim, Lemon Wheel
Method

Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a sugar-rimmed coupe glass.
