2 Parts D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac
1/2 Part Simple Syrup
4 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
1/4 Part Absinthe
Glass & Garnish
Rocks & Lemon Twist
Method

Wash a rocks glass with absinthe. Add D'USSÉ, simple syrup and bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until cold and strain into a rocks glass.
