2 Parts D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac
1/2 Part Simple Syrup
1/2 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
5 Mint Leaves
Glass & Garnish
Rocks & Mint Sprig
Method

In a shaker, lightly muddle mint leaves and add all ingredients with ice. Shake vigorously until cold. Strain into a crushed-ice-filled rocks glass.
